Puan Faizah, a student of the English Education Program, achieved another remarkable accomplishment by being awarded 2nd Best Winner in the Aceh Province Language Ambassador Selection. The title was announced during the Grand Final and Sash Ceremony held at Hotel Grand Permata Hati, marking the closing of the official quarantine program.
The selection process involved several intensive stages, including a three-day pre-quarantine at Balai Bahasa and a two-day quarantine at the hotel. Throughout the program, participants underwent various assessments covering public speaking, language knowledge, general knowledge, language ambassador activities, official UKBI (Indonesian Language Proficiency Test), spontaneous presentations, photography sessions, make-up classes, and talent performances.
For the talent performance segment, Puan Faizah presented a theatrical performance combining poetry and singing inspired by the Aceh tsunami, showcasing both creativity and cultural reflection. The final stage concluded with in-depth interviews focusing on language proficiency, public speaking, psychology, and the role of Language Ambassadors, followed by choreography practice for the grand final night.
This achievement reflects Puan Faizah’s dedication, talent, and commitment in promoting language, culture, and communication excellence. The English Education Program proudly congratulates her on this outstanding accomplishment.
