Recently, USK FKIP English Lab held a TOEFL training class with the theme “Pelatihan One Day TOEFL Preparation Training for College Students (Tips & Tricks to Pass TOEFL Test)” which was held on November 19, 2022 at ASKOPMA USK.
The purpose of this training class is to assist students in overcoming challenges during the TOEFL test. It is a kind of community service. Five lecturers from FKIP USK who are majoring in English Education Department, including Dr. Dohra Fitrisia, S.Pd., M.Ed., Nira Erdiana, S.Pd., M.Pd., Diana, S.Pd., M.Ed., Diana Fauzia Sari, S.Pd., M.A., and Nurul Inayah, S.Pd., M.TESOL, attended this training program.
Three speakers with three different themes were present throughout this training. The Head of the Language Lab, Mrs. Chairina, S.Pd., M.A., and as the resource person of this training class explained about the material and practice of Listening Comprehension skills. Mrs. Diana, S.Pd., M.Ed. presented material related to Structure and Written Expression, and Mrs. Nurul Inayah, S.Pd., M.TESOL. provided material related to Reading Comprehension skills with the goal of providing participants may have the ability to understand various English texts.
